Hey there, look real estate has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. After an illness of my mom and then my daughter when I had to take unpaid leave and I was without income for a period of time, I realized I need a more consistent and stable passive source of income even if I am not able to work for a period of time. I realized that real estate offered a path to more consistent, tangible investments. Over the years, I’ve studied market trends and learnt the real estate well. I have had smaller deals. I had fears and was scared of just starting. I spent more than a year to acquire my first deal. I learnt tricks and tips of getting a good deals and where to find them. But beyond the numbers, my true passion is helping friends and family see that they, too, can tap into real estate without feeling intimidated or shut out.
